Solution Based on client needs, we developed new website based on AS CMS, in 4 languages supporting 4 languages used in Switzerland. Additionally we developed custom online tools for client needs, calculating loans, currency exchange, online chat, and online application form. As the back office system that collects all applications and proceeds with further steps by agents. Also we did internet marketing and SEO to be able to increase new clients.
Result
This project fulfilled the goals, even overfilled in some parts of it. OstFinanz now has standards processing all requests from their clients, from advising till to process their request in back office and delivering the response.
